Is M-Pesa integration included?
Yes, all plans include full Safaricom Daraja M-Pesa integration for STK push, C2B collections, and B2C disbursements.
How is membership billed?
Groups under 10 members are free. At 10+ members it is KES 15 per member per month, charged on all members, deducted automatically from the group balance.
How do SMS and transaction fees work?
Each tier includes free SMS each month (20 / 50 / 100); beyond that SMS are KES 0.80 / 0.65 / 0.50 each. A small platform fee applies only on withdrawals/disbursements — never on contributions.
How is data secured?
Data is stored on encrypted servers with row-level multi-tenant isolation. Each group can only see its own data.
